Esca Bistro

Esca Bistro is an independent, family-run café and licensed bistro in Kingswood, Hull, run by mother-and-daughter team Shorni and Katrina. By day it serves full English breakfasts, specialty lattes, Greek flatbreads, brunch bowls and loaded smash burgers. On Friday and Saturday evenings it becomes a licensed bistro with small plates and tapas, plus wines, beers and cocktails. It also hosts community events, including pub quizzes, monthly bingo, acoustic live music and themed steak nights. The name comes from the Latin word for food.
