1. Definitions
- Membership — subscription-based access to Infinity Club and its associated benefits.
- Trial — a limited free or reduced-cost period allowing access before a paid subscription begins.
- Introductory Offer — a promotional offer available to new members only.
- Free Gift — any complimentary item or benefit provided as part of a promotion.
- Partner Business — an independent third-party business offering promotions via Infinity Club.
- Household — individuals sharing the same residential address.
2. About Infinity Club
Infinity Club is a digital membership platform providing access to exclusive offers from independent local businesses.
References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Infinity Club. References to "you", "your", or "member" mean the individual account holder.
3. Eligibility and acceptance of terms
3.1 You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3.2 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Infinity Club.
3.3 A contract is formed once you accept these Terms and create an account.
3.4 Membership services begin immediately upon account creation or subscription commencement.
4. Account creation
4.1 You must register using a valid email address.
4.2 Account access may require password creation or email verification via a one-time code.
4.3 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and up to date.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring your contact details remain accurate.
5. Membership term, pricing and renewal
5.1 Membership fee
Infinity Club membership costs £5.99 per month, unless otherwise stated at the point of sign-up.
5.2 Recurring subscription
Your membership is continuous, automatically renews each month, and will continue until cancelled by you. By subscribing, you authorise us to take recurring monthly payments of £5.99 from your selected payment method.
5.3 Free trials and introductory offers
- No payment is taken during the free period.
- Payment will automatically begin at £5.99 per month once the free period ends.
- You must cancel before the end of the free period to avoid being charged.
5.4 Household and fair use
Trials and Introductory Offers are generally limited to one per individual and/or household. We may monitor usage to prevent misuse, including where multiple accounts appear intended to bypass offer limits. Where misuse is identified, we may cancel the offer or terminate related accounts.
6. Payments and billing
6.1 Payments must be made using a valid payment method.
6.2 Payments are taken automatically, charged in GBP, and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6.3 Payment details are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers. Infinity Club does not store full card details.
6.4 Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.
6.5 We may change pricing from time to time. Any price change will be notified in advance and will not apply until your next billing cycle. You may cancel before a price change takes effect.
7. Cancellation and cooling-off rights
7.1 Statutory cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to cancel your initial agreement. If you cancel within this period you may be entitled to a refund; we reserve the right to deduct the value of services already provided. The cooling-off period applies only to the initial subscription, not to renewals.
7.2 Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account on the Infinity Club website or by contacting the Infinity Club office directly. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, no further payments will be taken, and no partial refunds are provided.
8. Use of membership and offers
8.1 Memberships are digital only, personal and non-transferable, and valid only for the named account holder.
8.2 Offers are provided by independent Partner Businesses, may not be combined with other offers, and may change, expire or be withdrawn at any time.
8.3 Partner Businesses may verify the validity of your membership.
9. Partner businesses and third parties
Infinity Club does not own or operate Partner Businesses, does not supply the goods or services offered, and is not responsible for availability, quality, or customer experience. Any dispute regarding goods or services must be resolved directly with the Partner Business.
10. Code of conduct
You agree to behave respectfully when interacting with Partner Businesses, follow venue rules and policies, and avoid abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour. Failure to comply may result in termination of your membership.
11. Platform availability
Infinity Club is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to Infinity Club. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the platform without written consent.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded. Subject to the above, Infinity Club accepts no liability for Partner Business availability or conduct, loss of enjoyment or missed savings, or indirect or consequential losses.
14. Data protection and ICO compliance
Infinity Club complies with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and ICO guidance.
14.1 Data we collect
Including but not limited to: name and contact details, account and membership information, payment status (not card details), usage and device data, and marketing preferences.
14.2 Lawful basis
Processing is based on contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent (for marketing).
14.3 Communications
You will receive essential service communications. Marketing communications are optional and require explicit opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time.
14.4 Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, withdraw marketing consent, and lodge a complaint with the ICO.
15. Notices and communications
Communications may be provided electronically via email, app notification, or website notice. This satisfies legal requirements for written communication.
16. General legal terms
- Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
- If any term is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
- No third party has rights under these Terms.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
